Returns
Return Deadline: Click'n Tile products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via Shopify or the contact form on the website to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly indicated on the returned product packaging.
Return Fees: Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
Non-returnable Categories: Sets, Bundles, All products in the accessories category (except wall tiles).
Return Conditions: The eligibility of returns for your tile boxes is only valid if a sample was previously purchased. For example, if you decide to buy the blue color and later want to return the box, a sample must have been purchased beforehand.
Refunds
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed once the returned products are received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method of the customer.
Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 15 days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Partial Refunds: Refunds may be subject to restocking fees for returned products that are damaged or incomplete.
